The Author
Tim O’Meara has some 37 years’ experience in the VEC and C&C sectors, teaching in Tipperary VEC and St Enda’s CS, Limerick. He has taught Junior Certificate science at Higher and Ordinary level and Leaving Certificate biology, again at Higher and Ordinary levels. He is the author of Junior Certificate Science ordinary level textbook and workbook. He is a longstanding member of the TUI’s executive committee, and was president of the TUI in 2006.
