1. Add everything you need to your cart.
2. Choose "Yes. Please cover my books" button if you require book covering
3. Click the "Checkout Securely Now" button
(Please enter your email address (if requested) to login. We will email you a code)
4. Ensure your contact and shipping details are correct
5. Click “Submit for Review" if you are a registered school with Schoolbooks.ie

That’s it. A dedicated School Customer Team member shall review your request and email you a quotation, applying any valid promotional offers and discounts.

Yes! We have made it easy for schools to self-serve and generate a basket on our website for a quotation.

The best way is to register your school with Schoolbooks.ie. To do this, you can drop us an email, chat, WhatsApp or phone call with your school name, roll number, address and primary contact email address. Our contact details are available here.

Once your school is registered with Schoolbooks.ie, every order you place on our website will be created as a draft order and sent to our School Customer Team to review and apply the best possible price and arrange payment, processing and delivery of your order.

Absolutely. If you go to your order confirmation email, you will find a link to your invoice.

Otherwise, please contact our School Customer Team team, who may ask you for the email address used to place the order, order number and order date, and the invoice will be emailed to you.

Yes! Please choose Bank Transfer or Cheque under the payment options once you are checking out. Our Bank Account and Payment by Cheque details will be shared with you at this point.
 
When you choose to pay for your order by bank transfer or cheque, please note that your order is PENDING until we receive payment from you. Once you have made your payment, please email our School Customer Team at schools@schoolbooks.ie, and we shall keep an eye out for it.

Unfortunately, we do not offer our customers a credit account. All our orders must be paid for in full before processing.

Orders can be placed directly on our website and paid for by bank transfer, cheque, debit card, credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Schoolbooks.ie does not offer schools a credit account because of the high administration cost and time credit accounts require.

Managing credit accounts can be time-consuming and expensive. We would much rather spend our time and resources offering you the best possible product range, seamless ordering and superb customer service.

When a school sends our team a quotation request, we review each order individually and apply the best possible price we can at that time.

Here are some tips to get the best possible price from Schoolbook.ie.

1. Add book covering to your order. We often have a special book covering promotions available for schools, especially schools that place and pay for their order as early as possible.
2. Add copies and school stationery to your order. Although we are Ireland’s Favourite School Book Store, we stock an extensive range of copy books and school stationery and art supplies. Add these items to your quotation request, and our team will work to give you a very competitive price on your school supply requirements.
3. Sign up and look out for Schoolbook newsletters for schools. You will be the first to hear what special promotions we have available for schools.  
   

Schoolbooks.ie does carry an extensive range and level of stock year-round.

However, there may be occasions, due to the large amounts of items being required by schools, that we will need to place an order with our publishers and suppliers to complete and fulfil your order.

You shall be advised if we do not have the correct stock quantity available; however, stock can only be ordered after processing the order and can take up to 7-10 working days.

Just let us know, and if we don’t already stock it, we will try our best to source it and get it in the item (s) in the shortest time possible.
